Disznókő Tokaji Aszú to be Served at Yannick Alléno’s Historic Dinner at Pavillon Ledoyen

Founded in 1792, the Pavillon Ledoyen, a prestigious Parisian establishment, will offer a unique culinary experience at its Michelin-starred restaurant, Alléno Paris, at the end of this month. This event will feature a historical menu with tailor-made stories, providing an unforgettable evening of haute gastronomy and intriguing anecdotes.

A Rich History and Culinary Excellence

Pavillon Ledoyen

Over 232 years, the Pavillon Ledoyen has transformed from a modest inn on the edge of the Champs-Elysées to a three Michelin-starred establishment. The Alléno Paris restaurant, launched just ten years ago, continues this legacy of excellence.

To celebrate this decade of collaboration, Chef Yannick Alléno has designed a special dinner featuring period dishes reinterpreted in a contemporary style. This initiative will be showcased during an exclusive evening with journalist Stéphane Bern as the guest of honor. Known for his deep knowledge of French heritage, Bern will preside over the dinner and enrich the service with captivating anecdotes about the historic venue, whose dining room is listed as a Historic Monument.
