LATE HARVEST ON THE ROCK
Ingredients:
Disznókő Tokaji Late Harvest Furmint
Ice to taste
Preparation: Pour the chilled wine over ice.
TOKAJ CHARM
Ingredients:
10 cl Disznókő Tokaji Late Harvest Furmint
4 cl pear juice
1 dash fresh thyme
2 cl Absolut Citron Vodka
1 cl Grand Marnier
1 cl Monin vanilla syrup
1,5 cl fresh lime juice
Garnish: vanilla sticks, orange peel, mango leaf and pomegranate seeds
Preparation: Stir the ingredients and filter on ice!
DISZNÓKŐ VESTONE MARTINI
Ingredients:
3 cl Disznókő Tokaji Late Harvest Furmint
2 cl Beefeater Gin
2 cl Absolut Vodka
2 drops Nutmeg Bitter
Preparation: Mix the ingredients and pour on ice.
DISZNÓKŐ NEGRONI
Ingredients:
2 cl Disznókő Tokaji Late Harvest Furmint
2 cl Campari
2 cl Gin
Ice to taste
1 slice of orange
Preparation: Mix the ingredients, pour on ice, garnish with orange slice.
INDIAN SUMMER
Ingredients:
100 ml Disznókő Tokaji Late Harvest Furmint
20 ml fresh lime juice
20 ml sugar syrup
20 ml Campari
1 pc of lemongrass
Top up with ice cold Prosecco
Preparation: Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake well!
Disznókő ice-free cocktails
STONE SOUP
Ingredients:
10 cl Disznókő Tokaji Late Harvest Furmint
2 cl Irish Whiskey
1 cl Peach liqueur
2 cl honey
2 cl lemon juice
3 drops of Angostura bitter
2-3 slices of fresh ginger
Garnish: mint, lavender, lime, honeycomb
Preparation: Shake the ingredients in a shaker and serve in a teacup!
YOU AND ME
Ingredients:
10 cl Disznókő Tokaji Late Harvest Furmint
1 cl Frangelico
1 cl Amaretto
3 cl fresh lime juice
2 barspoon Noval Black Port
1 eggwhite
Preparation: Shake the ingredients (except Port) in a shaker and filter into a beaker. Once foam has formed on top, slowly drizzle in the Port, to give a narrow red stripe between the foam and the rest of the drink. Cheers!
