Disznókő 1413 Sweet Szamorodni 2021 is a rich and complex wine from an exceptional vintage reminiscent of the great classic Tokaji aszú vintages. The name „Szamorodni,” meaning „as it comes,” pays homage to the traditional method of processing healthy, botrytized, and aszú berries together, without separation, just as they grew on the vine. The sweetness of Szamorodni is intricately tied to the proportion of botrytized, raisined berries, with the wine’s sweetness increasing as the berries become more shriveled and botrytized.
