Celebrating Excellence: The Decanter World Wine Awards

The Decanter World Wine Awards, now in its 21st year, is renowned as the world’s largest wine competition. This year’s event saw a record-breaking 18,143 entries from 57 countries. A panel of 250 esteemed judges, including Masters of Wine and Master Sommeliers, meticulously evaluated each wine.

Only wines scoring above 95 points, distinguished by their exceptional quality and memorability, received gold medals. Hungarian wineries performed remarkably well, bringing home 13 gold medals, affirming the country’s growing reputation in the international wine arena.
